Honors Scholars Program 2012 Application

Application Instructions

This form may be used to submit an online application for the Chicago-Kent Honors Scholars Program. You are not required to complete Chicago-Kent's regular application for admission at this time. (See the application guidelines section for details.)

All application materials - Honors Scholars Program application, essay, resume, and complete LSAC Credential Assembly Service Law School Report - must be received in the Office of Admissions by Monday, January 23, 2012.

Essay

In a brief essay on a separate sheet, please respond to the following questions:

What qualities do you possess as a prospective law student that ultimately will result in your becoming a leader of the profession? How have your accomplishments or challenges so far demonstrated that leadership potential?

Resume

Submit a copy of your resume, which lists your:

  • Educational history, including all colleges, universities, graduate and/or professional schools you have attended, whether or not you were a degree candidate
  • Scholastic or academic honors, including scholarships, fellowships, prizes, honor society memberships, publications, etc.
  • Professional experience, including internships or other relevant activities
