LL.M. Alumni

Chicago-Kent College of Law has a long history marked by diversity, innovation, and excellence. It is the leading American law school in applying computer technology to enhance the study of law and in addressing the global implications of new developments in science and technology.

Over the years, Chicago-Kent College of Law alumni have formed a worldwide network of legal practitioners and professionals who advance the rule of law in society. Chicago-Kent College of Law graduates have pursued varied careers in International and Comparative Law, International Intellectual Property Law, Financial Services Law, and International Business Law. Many have established their own firms, or work with leading national and global law firms. Others are employed in government, or in the nongovernmental sector, in their home countries and elsewhere in the world.

If you would like to keep in touch with your fellow classmates, we also encourage you to use our Alumni Online Community – please visit http://alumni.kentlaw.edu and click “sign up” to register. The Online Community is not only a fantastic networking tool, you can also use it to keep up with what is going on at Chicago-Kent and register for alumni events, lectures, and even find a job!

Attention 2008 Graduates:

Email and network accounts will be terminated on Monday, August 4 (the first Monday after the summer bar exam).

As a Chicago-Kent graduate, the Office of Alumni Relations is pleased to offer you the option of setting up an alumni.kentlaw.edu email address through our e-mail forwarding service.  This service is available through the Chicago-Kent Alumni Online Community and allows you to choose a username@alumni.kentlaw.edu address that will be forwarded to your specified personal email account (e.g. gmail, yahoo, or work e-mail, etc).

This system allows you to utilize a simple e-mail address to give to family and friends, and your username can be your current username@kentlaw.edu or you can create a new one.  You’ll never have to notify everyone in your address book of a new or discontinued e-mail address because you can simply update your personal e-mail address by logging into the Online Community and emails will subsequently be forwarded to your email address.

In order to access email forwarding, all you have to do is sign up for the Chicago-Kent Alumni Online Community. Accounts for May 2008 graduates will be available in mid-July. Click here to sign up now!

For questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alums@kentlaw.edu or 312.906.5240.
