Joseph P. Collins

Partner, Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw

Mr. Collins is a partner at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw. His derivatives practice encompasses futures, forwards, swaps, options, and hybrid securities and involves the representation of various market-users. He serves on the Illinois Secretary of State's Commodities Law Committee, is a former chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Futures Law Committee, is a member of the Executive Council of the American Bar Association Committee on Futures Regulation, and is chair of the Futures Commission Merchant Subcommittee of the Committee on Futures Regulation of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
