Kenneth H. Johnson

Kenneth H. Johnson is an established business executive and dealmaker with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, enterprise operations and strategy and e-business strategies and solutions. Mr. Johnson has recently taught courses in the IIT Stuart School of Business and is a key member of the Technology Management Committee charged with developing the business school’s “go forward” strategy on behalf of the IIT Board of Trustees, President and Provost.

Mr. Johnson has spent significant time at a number of well-known companies in key leadership positions including CSX where he was most recently S.VP, E-Business and Strategy, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Baxter International and the Allstate Insurance Company.

Mr. Johnson has a B.A. from the University of Illinois, a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
