Victor Manny

Mr. Manny practiced law as a municipal finance attorney for twelve years delivering tax opinions in over forty states for various types of municipal bond offerings. Beginning in 1986 he worked as an investment banker with a regional investment bank and then a Wall Street firm, focusing primarily on the tax-exempt and taxable fixed income markets.

Most recently, Mr. Manny was a Managing Director in the corporate investment grade bond origination group of Banc One Capital Markets. B.S., University of Illinois; M.S.W., Loyola University of Chicago; J.D., Loyola University of Chicago.
