Mr. Manzoni is a partner in the Chicago office of Gardner, Carton & Douglas, where he primarily engages in corporate securities law matters. He was formerly executive vice president and general counsel of Zurich Kemper Investments Inc. Mr. Manzoni has also worked in the General Counsel's Office of A.G.
