John D. Ruark

Member, Lawrence, Kamin, Saunders & Uhlenhop LLC

Mr. Ruark is a member in the law firm of Lawrence, Kamin, Saunders & Uhlenhop LLC in Chicago. He represents clients in the securities and futures business, including brokerage firms, money managers and proprietary trading firms. His practice includes regulatory, transactional and arbitration matters. Prior to joining the firm he was general counsel to O’Connor & Company LLC and a staff attorney for the Chicago Board of Trade. He has also traded options on the floor of the CBOT. B.A., Yale University; J.D. (with honors), The John Marshall Law School; LL.M. (with high honors), Chicago-Kent College of Law.
