William F. Tueting

Partner, Altheimer & Gray

Mr. Tueting is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group of Altheimer & Gray in Chicago, where he concentrates in securities law and works closely with investment adviser and broker-dealer clients. From 1992 to 1994, he was first vice president and Midwest regional counsel of Prudential Securities Inc. in Chicago.

Previously, Mr. Tueting has been a partner at Sonnenshein Nath & Rosenthal in Chicago, general counsel to the Chicago Board of Trade, and associate director of the Division of Trading Markets at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, D.C.
