THINKING ABOUT THIS SUMMER?

How About a Semester Abroad in Denmark next year?

Chicago-Kent has an exchange agreement with the University of Copenhagen that permits our students to study at that school for a semester and earn credits that can be applied to your JD degree. The deadline for applying for their fall semester is April 1 2005, and the deadline for applying to go for Spring semester is October 1, 2005. The semester dates are Sept 1, 2005 – exams in December 2005, and February 1, 2006 – exams in May 2006. Currently, we have 2 Danish exchange students here at Chicago-Kent, and one 3L who was there this past fall, so if you are interested, contact Dean Lazar for more information!

The Summer Program runs from June 20 - July 19, 2005 and costs $3,700 which covers tuition and fees for 6 credits of coursework room, board, local transportation, and additional expenses. Students live with Costa Rican families and experience local culture firsthand and may remain in the country after the program ends to study Spanish or intern with a local human rights organization.
