You should read the assignment for 19 February on the syllabus.

You should then read and answer the questions posed for the Swift v. Tyson case, and then do the same for the questions posed for the Erie case.

You answer the questions about the Swift case on your own. You answer the questions about the Erie case in a multiple choice format, receiving feedback about correct or incorrect responses. You are encouraged to post comments and questions on your analysis to the list serve and to comment on other students' postings.
Each student is required to answer each question, and is encouraged to comment on other student answers.
