Exon amendment:

Whoever in interstate or foreign commerce communications by means of telecommunications device;

(A) makes, transmits, or otherwise makes available any comment, request, suggestion, proposal, image, or other communication which is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent;

shall be fined not more than $50,000 or imprisoned not more than six months or both, as determined by the attorney general based on the record
