§ 525. Liability For Fraudulent Misrepresentation
One who
(1) fraudulently makes
(2) a misrepresentation of fact, opinion, intention or law
(3) for the purpose of inducing another to act or to refrain from action in reliance upon it,
(4) is subject to liability to the other in deceit for pecuniary loss caused to him
(5) by his justifiable reliance upon the misrepresentation.
