Wherefore, Plaintiff
has worked hard for Defendants for many years. Be it known that, when his
father got sick, Plaintiff had to go take care of his father. Be it further
known that his boss told him not to worry and that “he had to do what he had to
do.” It subsequently transpired that, then, just before his father took a turn
for the worse, Mildred Joseph called and said that Plaintiff could stay in
The aforementioned delicts sent Plaintiff into a complete tailspin. Nullem crimen, but he hasn’t been able to sleep and he breaks into tears at every job interview. Clearly the law has been broken and, secundum allegata et probata, Defendant—and Plaintiff’s boss—should have to pay not only nominal damages but also punitive damages. Quod Erat Demonstrandum.
