In each of the following, assume that the triggering condition has occurred.
1. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for so long as the premises are used for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets"
2. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple during such time as the premises are used for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets"
3. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets, but if a snake is ever found on the property the deal is done."
4. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets, but if a cocker spaniel ever enters the property, I get it back automatically."
5. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for support of dogs and cats and other household pets, but my possibility of reverter will be triggered by any small, yappy dogs."
6. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets but I don't like spaniels and if any of them are around, the whole thing should be rewound."
7. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for support of dogs and cats and other household pets, but if a snake ever bites anyone there PetSafe does not deserve to have the property."

9. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for so long as the premises are used for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets; if anyone gets bitten PetSafe has to pay the piper."
10. Jakowski conveys Le Bark Bois to PetSafe "in fee simple for rescue and support of dogs and cats and other household pets, but the duration of the estate is totally limited to the time period when it is used for such purpose."
11. Jakowski quitclaims any interest she has to Janski. She dies. Her will devises "all my interests in real property" to Adam Stephen. The rest of her property passes by intestate succession to her son, Brad.
