We, Seth Ashton, Rachel Brady, Amy Harvey, Anne Marfisi, and Matt Cogan, dba as the "ABCHM Band"--pronounced "Abchim Band" grant a fee simple determinable interest in our musical work, "S-Street Blackacre," to John Cotiguala for so long as he pays us $500 per month each and earns at least $5,000 per month by commercially exploiting the song. If Josh Seiter secures a position for us as performers on American Idol, any and all property interests in the song shall automatically be transferred to him for life.
