From Professor Pam KentraJudge to Speak on "How to Represent Your Clients in Mediation"
The Honorable John W. Cooley (ret.) will be a guest lecturer in Professor Pam Kentra's Mediation and ADR Procedures clinic class on Monday, March 20 from 4:00-5:50pm in room 345.
Judge Cooley is a former United States magistrate judge, a partner at a Chicago law firm, a former assistant United States attorney and the former senior staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a highly successful mediator and arbitrator and the author of many books and articles on alternative dispute resolution. All students interested in ADR or who may represent clients in an ADR proceeding are welcome to attend the lecture and discussion.
