Summer Research Assistants Position
Professor Lori Andrews is looking for research assistants to work on projects this summer related to genetics and reproductive technology law. Interested students should submit a resume and writing sample to Greg Kelson in room 775 or e-mail to (gkelson@kentlaw.edu). Students may elect to arrange for credit or receive the standard research assistant rate.

Congratulations to Michael Fischer and William Thomas for winning the best brief award at the Midwest Moot Court Competition sponsored by the Appellate Lawyers Association. This year's topics were standing to sue and the applicability of the Illinois Open Meetings Act to an agency's ad hoc advisory committee's discussion of possible legislative proposals.

From Professor Jeffrey Sherman

Summer Research Assistants
Professor Sherman is looking for several students to assist in his research this summer, involving employment discrimination issues and federal preemption issues. Interested students should submit a resume and a list of law school grades to Professor Sherman in room 741. The law school will pay at its customary rate. The time involved will not be more than 10 hours per week.
