Professor Lori Andrews, director of the nonprofit Institute for Science, Law and Technology (ISLAT) at Chicago-Kent, is hiring law students as research assistants for full-time, paid summer positions. ISLAT is undertaking numerous projects to investigate the legal and societal implications of emerging biotechnologies and nanotechnologies. Research assistants will be responsible for conducting research on a variety of topics, including intellectual property, as well as drafting memos and contributing to grant projects.
