New reproductive rights focus for podcast

Oyez's podcast So Ordered is back for its next arc. Listen to all of the major reproductive rights cases at the Supreme Court that build towards the current term's case about Texas' abortion law. The first episode, about Griswold v. Connecticut, features commentary from Professor Christopher Schmidt of ISCOTUS. Listen on iTunes or Stitcher.

  • Current cases
    If you want to listen to current Supreme Court oral arguments right away, subscribe to our 2015 Term Oral Argument podcast. We release each week's arguments as soon as we get them on the Friday following arguments, which means they'll be available on your phone right away. Subscribe through iTunes or Stitcher.
  • So Ordered 
    Our new podcast, So Ordered, highlights famous historical cases related to major cases in the current Term, with some analysis from the Oyez team. We recently wrapped up our series on affirmative action cases that led up to Fisher, and our current series is on reproductive rights. Subscribe through iTunes or Stitcher.

  • Recent cases
    You can also find all oral arguments from terms going back to 2010 on iTunes and Stitcher. Download the whole term, or pick key cases that interest you.
