Institute for Law and the Humanities
Chicago-Kent's new Institute for Law and the Humanities is jointly sponsoring, with the Student Bar Association, a special program on the City of Chicago's lawsuit against the gun industry, City of Chicago v. Beretta U.S.A. Corp., on Wednesday, November 10, at 3:00 p.m. in the Richard B. Ogilvie Auditorium. Participants include Matthew M. Getter, assistant corporation counsel for the City of Chicago, and Anne Giddings Kimball, a partner at Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Sheldon Nahmod, co-director of the Institute for Law and the Humanities. A reception will follow in the main lobby.
