Students jurors sought for litigation technology class

Students are invited to act as jurors or to watch the trials from the observer seats in the Abraham Lincoln Marovitz courtroom. They are also invited to share their observations with the members of the class after the trial. The students in the class are learning to use technology during mock trials. They use slide presentations, documents cameras and a software package named Sanction to present their cases. Unfortunately the trials are often presented to an empty jury box. The class will meet on Saturdays, April 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon. For more information, please e-mail Mike Rogers mrogers@kentlaw.edu.

CALI is also seeking part-time employees to review their library of computer-based legal tutorials and to assist in the continuing development of CALI's Excellence for the Future Awards program.
