- Student Organization Fair
This year's fair will be held Tuesday, September 6, from 11 to 1 and again from 4 to 6 in the second and third floors.
Elections will be held on Tuesday, September 6, and Wednesday, September 7, for 1L Representative positions. Two representatives will be elected from each of the four 1L sections (A, B, C and Evening). Contact Hazel Gumbs (email@example.com) or me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions.
Also, there are currently two vacant 2L Day Division Representative positions. Email your candidate statement to Hazel Gumbs to be considered. The General Assembly will elect the reps to fill the vacant positions pursuant to the SBA constitution.

September 7: First general meeting of the semester
APALSA will be having our first general meeting of the semester on Wednesday, September 7, from 3 to 4 p.m. in room 170. There will be free food and drinks, general information about the group, information on getting involved, etc.
International Law Moot Court Honor Society
Tryouts for ILMCHS will take place in mid-late September. If you would like to be kept abreast of dates for materials release, brief submissions and oral arguments, please stop by the ILMCHS table during the Student Organization Fair on Tuesday, September 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 to 6 p.m. to sign up. You can also email Xiomara Angulo at email@example.com or Julian Medrano at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your name added to the list of persons interested in trying out.
ILMCHS membership is limited to JD students who are currently enrolled in or have completed at least one of the following core international law courses: International Law, Comparative Law, International Business Transactions, or International Trade.
Interested LLM students must obtain express permission from Dean Edward Harris prior to trying out.
