The purpose of this meeting is to describe our upcoming events for the semester and provide you with handouts created by the Career Services Office to help you with job searches in family law. We would also be happy to answer any questions you may have. Food will be provided!
Child and Family Law Society Student-Alumni Networking Event
When: Wednesday, February 27, 5 to 7 p.m.
Where: Front lobby
If you are interested in a career in family law, this event will give you the opportunity to meet and network with alumni working in the area. This is the perfect chance to make connections for future jobs and spend time with other students interested in this unique area of the law. Food and drinks will be provided.

Environmental Law Society
February 19: ELS roundtable event
We will be hosting a roundtable on Tuesday, February 19, at noon in room C35 with three members of the Illinois Pollution Control Board. We will have food. Please sign up on TWEN so we can get an idea of attendance for ordering food.
February 20: ELS bake sale
We will be holding a bake sale on Wednesday, February 20, from 11:30 to 6 p.m. Sign-up sheets are on TWEN to bake and sit at the table.

February 19: "The Unmanned Battlefield"

The Federalist Society, along with the Military Law Society, the International Law Students Society and the Muslim Law Student Association, will be hosting Professor Robert Chesney and Professor Henry H. Perritt, Jr., to discuss the use of unmanned aerial drones. Happy hour at Dugan's to follow.

5:30 to 9 p.m. in the auditorium

The reception in the front lobby begins at 6:30 p.m. The performance in the auditorium begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the door for $10.
