SBA Awards nominations
Its that time of year again to start recognizing all of the outstanding accomplishments of your fellow Chicago-Kent students and staff! The SBA will start accepting nominations for SBA Awards beginning the week after spring break, March 25, and will continue to accept nominations until Friday, April 12. The SBA is looking for nominations from the student body for the following awards:
- Staff Member of the Year
- Adjunct Professor of the Year
- Professor of the Year
- Ralph Brill Award (which will be awarded to a staff member, faculty member or alumnus/alumna who has graduated at least 10 years before the award is given and has shown exemplary service and accomplishment)
- Student Organization of the Year
Nominations shall consist of a letter stating the reasons for the nomination, specifically referring to the candidate's law school activities, outside legal activities, and service. Once all nominations are received, the Awards Committee will select up to three nominees for each award, and the student body will vote. Please email all award nominations to Sasha Kakabadse at akakabad@kentlaw.iit.edu.
