Join the ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter, Chicago-Kent College of Law and the Northwestern University School of Law Student Chapters for a panel discussion focused on how to continue advancing progressive advocacy and activism under the Trump administration.
- Colleen Connell, Executive Director, ACLU of Illinois; Lawyer Chapters Advisory Board Member
- Sabeel Rahman, Assistant Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, a Schmidt Family Fellow at New America, and a Four Freedoms Fellow at the Roosevelt Institute. Sabeel will contribute a unique perspective as it relates to his recent book, Democracy Against Domination, which argues that democracy is threatened by economic domination and the erosion in the capacity of everyday people to hold private actors and policymakers accountable.
