Mr. Feinerman has served as a partner at Mayer, Brown, Rowe.  He has also worked in the Justice Department in the Office of Policy Development and the Office of Legal Counsel.  As Solicitor General, Mr. Feinerman oversees civil and criminal appeals for the state of Illinois before the Illinois Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mr. Feinerman discussed three major cases that he was involved with and the decision-making process behind it all.
