CHRISTIAN LEGAL SOCIETY
ATTENTION: WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY!
The Christian Legal Society now will be holding bible studies for interested students every Thursday at noon. This Thursday, September 27th, we will be meeting in Room 165. So, feel welcome to spend some quality time with friends sharing in the Word of God by taking a needed break from the rigors of law school. Come, join us!
GOD BLESS AMERICA!
The Christian Legal Society wants to help in the aftermath of the September 11th terrorist attacks by offering to donate blood. Therefore, all members of the Christian Legal Society are encouraged to consider giving blood to supplement the severe shortage of blood supplies the country is currently facing. Recently, Stephen Sowle sent a mass e-mail to Chicago-Kent students to respond to the call for blood donations by visiting local blood banks or by attending an upcoming drive on Monday, November 5th at the law school. Several options are open. At the next weekly meeting, let's develop a consensus about the best time and place for our organization to donate.
NEW SCRIPTURE OF THE WEEK
"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Hebrews 4: 12 (NKJV)
