WELCOME BACK!

Welcome back to a new semester at Chicago-Kent! It's time to start fresh and push aside any pain from last semester - and we'll have three spring issues to help you do so! You can join our staff, submit articles and cartoons, and simply read The Commentator every month to stay updated and entertained all spring long.

NEXT DEADLINE: Monday, February 5

Submissions for our first issue of 2007 are due Monday, February 5 at 5:00pm. Remember that we rely on YOU - the students and faculty - to provide us with content. IF YOU SUBMIT IT, IT WILL PRINT (99.9% guaranteed)!

Submission guidelines:

  • Around 500 words (800 word maximum, and shorter is great!)

  • Include a story title, your name, your class year and/or title

  • Include photos and photo captions (remember we have a staff photographer to take pictures for you!)

What should you write about, you ask? Anything you want! Tell us about your break, about your outlook into the new year, about goings-on in law or the real world...you can also report on Kent events (contact editor-in-chief Natalie N. Gottschalk for information).

QUOTABLE QUOTES

Send us memorable quotes from your new professors!
