Environmental Law Society

March 10, 2003

The Environmental Law Society is planning a trip!!

We'll be taking a tour of the International Crane Foundation (ICF) in Baraboo, Wisconsin.  The ICF works toward crane conservation by breeding and releasing several species of these majestic birds, including Whooping Cranes and Siberian Cranes.  The great staff at ICF will tell us about their program and take us out to see the cranes and an extensive wetlands restoration project they've been working on.

Then we're off to Devil's Lake, a great place for rock climbing, swimming, hiking, or studying (for the dedicated amongst you)

We'll be leaving on a Friday morning and coming back Sunday Afternoon.
Right now we have three possible dates:  April 4th, April 18th, and April 25th. (bear in mind that all of the above dates are several weeks before finals, which start May 13th)

If you are interested in this great opportunity, contact Josh (jbasofin@kentlaw.edu).

Spring Semester Bake Sale is schedule for Thursday, March 13th from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm. Please email Heidi (hwindmiller@kentlaw.edu) to sign up!
