Law Society Board Elections
Well, the year is winding down, it is time we
considered the future of
ELS. We are now accepting nominations for
next year's board.
Nominations will be accepted through April
22nd. The current board will
meet sometime thereafter to determine if
there are contested positions
and if a ballot election is necessary.
Interested candidates should send
a one page candidacy statement explaining
your qualifications, interest and/or past
participation in ELS in a
Word/Word Perfect attachment. Be sure to
include what position you
are seeking (believe me, it happens).
Please, even if you have not been heavily involved
in ELS in the past,
consider running. We are losing a lot of
"old blood" this year and there
will be many openings.
