Guantanamo and Human Rights Policy,
with Guest Speaker Joseph Margulies

This is an extraordinary opportunity to hear Professor Margulies speak on the new Administration's change in policy toward the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center. Joseph Margulies is a Clinical Associate Professor of Law at Northwestern University and the Assistant Director of the Macarthur Justice Center. Among his most notable accomplishments, Professor Margulies was Counsel of Record in Rasul v. Bush (2004), involving detentions at Guantanamo, and he wrote a book called Guantanamo and the Abuse of Presidential Power, which was on The Economist magazine's list of best books of 2006.
