Candidacy Requirements: IMCHS membership is limited to JD students who are currently enrolled in or have completed at least one of the core international law courses required for the International Law Certificate (International Law, Comparative Law, International Business Transactions, or International Trade).
No student may be on both the Vis Team and ALSO another international moot court team (Jessup, Niagara, etc.) Students may tryout for Vis and also for a public international law competition, but any student receiving an invitation from both competitions will need to choose one.
Selection Process: There will be two separate tryouts for the various international teams: one for the several public international law competitions (Jessup, Niagara, Inter-American) and the other for the private international law competition (Vis).
Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot: The problem for the Vis tryout will be available in fall 2009.
Public International Law Competitions (Jessup, Niagara, Inter-American): The problem for the public international law competitions tryouts will be available in fall 2009.
