- Congratulations to Chicago-Kent Justinian Society Scholarship Recipients
On Thursday, October 23, the following
students from Chicago-Kent were honored by the Justinian
Society of Lawyers for their academic achievements:
The Chicago-Kent Justinian Society of Lawyers would like to
extend a hearty congratulations to these students for their
fine work and accomplishments at Chicago-Kent.
- 1st Annual Cocktail and Dinner Party -
Rescheduled for Thursday, November 13!!!!
Justinian Society has rescheduled our First Annual Cocktail
and Dinner Party with our Parent Organization for Thursday,
2003. The festivities will begin at 6:00 pm, where cocktails
and a traditional style Italian feast will be served in the
lobby of Chicago-Kent After dinner, Justinian Society
President, Tom Battista, will talk to the students of
Chicago-Kent about the role law students can have with the
Parent Organization , and afterwards entertainment will then
be provided compliments of Onesti Entertainment.
We ask that
everyone in attendance please come dressed business casual
because all the attorneys that will be attending will be
dressed business professionally. This will be a great time for
everyone to meet fellow classmates, and more importantly, to
network with many influential attorneys and judges throughout
details will follow in the next couple weeks. If you would
like to help out in planning for the evening, please contact

- Blood and Platelet Drive with Children's Memorial
Hospital - November 25, 2003
On Tuesday, November 25,
2003, the Justinian Society of Lawyers will be conducting a
blood and platelet drive with Children's Memorial Hospital to
help out many needy children. The drive will be on the 10th
Floor, in the event room, and will last from approximately
9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We ask that all students who are able to
donate please take 30 minutes out of their day to help a good
cause. There will be sheets for all interested students to
sign up with as the drive approaches. If you would like to
help work at the event, or would like to sign up in advance,
