Welcome back to those of you returning and an even bigger
welcome to those who are just starting at Chicago-Kent!!
My name is Rebecca Kohn and I am the president of the Kent
Justice Foundation - the Public Interest Law Student
Organization. If you are on the KJF mailing list already
or you are just passing through scroll down and check us
out. KJF is the largest student organization at Kent and
won Student Organization of the Year 2002. If you are
interested in public interest or just want to get involved in
an organization dedicated to helping the community we are the
organization for you!! Our ultimate goal is to raise money to
provide fellowships for law students who will be working in
non-paying public interest related internships during the
summer. We do this by holding a Fall Spaghetti
Fundraiser Dinner, bake sales, t-shirt sales and most
importantly the KJF Annual Spring Auction!!! The auction
is one of the school's biggest events and you can be part of
it!!! We are also involved in various charity walks/runs and
other community volunteer projects. If you have any
questions please don't hesitate to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I hope to see you at our first meeting. GOOD LUCK THIS
