SPEAKER EVENT
Doug Kight, Boeing's lead labor lawyer, will speak to us about contract negotiations and mediations in the collective bargaining context. The back drop for this will Mr. Kight's own experience in a very high profile mediation in Washington that Boeing had with the Machinists Union. The end result was the Machinists having to accept a contract the majority of the Union rejected. This was a very interesting situation and was followed by many in our field.
