What better way to celebrate the American workforce than by supporting the LELS Labor Day Bake Sale. The bake sale will be held, ironically, the Wednesday after Labor Day, aka September 9, 2009.
Dinner with LELS Exec Board Members
September 15 | 5:00-5:50 p.m. - Dinner with LELS
Join LELS exec board members for an inexpensive, "Dutch-treat" dinner at Potbelly's. We'll meet in the Kent Lobby at 5:00 p.m. and walk over to Clinton and Jackson. We will be back at school in time for 6:00 p.m. classes.

If you would like to serve as a class representative (or continue to serve if you already are a representative) for the LELS this year, please let Mark know (LELS@kentlaw.edu). Everyone is encouraged to participate - the more the merrier!
Here is a description, from the LELS Constitution, of what a class representative does:
Section 4 - Class Representatives
i - There shall be no elections for class representative positions. All interested members may contact the President to serve as a representative.
ii - Class representatives shall be responsible for communicating news about LELS programs, events, and meetings to the student body.
iii – Class representatives are encouraged to help with the planning and implementation of LELS programs and events.
