The Labor Lawyer as a Regulator: 
A “Latin” View from Spain, via France
and Through Chile

Chicago-Kent Professor Cesar Rosado will give a brown bag talk about his ongoing research project on labor law enforcement in Chile.  While the topic of his talk focuses mainly on labor law, it is also relevant to many other areas of law, including immigration law, international law, admin law and conflict of laws.
