The Society of Women in Law is selling T-shirts to help fund its
March, 1998 conference entitled Celebrating 125 Years of Illinois Women
in Law: Where We Were-Where We Are-Where We're Going. T-shirts
are now available! The 100% pre-shrunk cotton shirts are white; the
front features a small conference logo in black (due to the constraints
of the web, we are unable to show you the conference logo here: its the
name of the conference and the dates 1873 and 1998 encircling an image
of Justice, the woman with a sword and scales), and the back chronicles
several of the "first" accomplishments of women lawyers in the State of
Illinois over the years in a timeline format (click
here to see the back of the t-shirt!).
